I don't know if tony would bother to custom paint just a few mias or rob roys or whatever, but I don't see how there would be a problem for him to include a few other frames as aprt of the deal as long as he has them in stock and doesn't have to do a special run for them..know what I'm saying?

I'm a big fan of lime green, myself. I could actually do yellow, too.

I like the lime green in the top row, or the pink/purple in the bottom row.

i'd actually emailed Spicer back when the other thread had started way back when, asking what it would cost for 50 qty KHS Flite frames, and 100 qty KHS Flite frames. have not heard back from them yet, but if/when i do, will certainly relay their response.

as for Soma, i don't really think they could beat the IRO deal. Soma frames run closer to $375 MSRP, don't they?

I like that Putty color on the top left... the very first color. Reminiscent of the Bare Knuckle. British Racing Green is very nice too.

BTW... did anyone see the decal concept done by Geist? Check it out:

in case anyone cares to know...

i did hear from Gene Spicer about a possible mass purchase of KHS Flite frames. he has limited stock, and even with a purchase of 50+ he'd only be able to knock $25 off the price. he does have specific frame colors and sizes that are going for $200-225 though, which are unlisted on his website, so call if you may be interested.

i love tony, and i may even buy an iro in some funky color to support him (again), but it may not be the best deal going in town.

Bikes: so many

So with 140 frames and counting, is there a chance the price could drop even more? If so, it's starting to reach the point where I can't resist.

Does anyone really think they have 140 unpainted frames in stock?

actually, the officical tally is more like 30. you have to submit your frame request on the other thread. yes, it's confusing, and doesn't make sense considering this thread is the one with a "poll".

Seems like you should just have anyone who is really dedicated to email you and give you their request, phone number and address. Otherwise, youll never get it all down. Its too easy for someone to post in the thread that they want one with no obligation to acutally follow thru.

+1 on the olive/drab green. I likely that color.

I think color is the next step, but we're waiting to hear back from Tony. Everybody just needs to chill out because these things take time. No order has been placed, so if you still want to get in on it, you can. We don't really know anything definite yet except for price, and that could change too, but if anything, it would probably go down. Everyone should also keep in mind that the quoted price doesn't include shipping.
