the trackstar/dqm bike is ballin - that's for sure - but it doesn't really appeal to me personally for a number of reasons.
never mind that the whole outrageous purple and white color scheme doesn't really do it for me... who would want to buy the bike built up like that, just in terms of... i mean, if you're going to go with a real precise color scheme or very strictly defined aesthetic or whatever, isn't picking out and tracking down parts/piecing it together half the fun?
and i am getting so ****ing sick of aerospokes...

Bike's being hung from the wall, I believe -- that's not attached to the bike.

These bikes are killing me guys. Seriously.
Today I was actually just thinking about picking up some old pink girl's bikes and tricking them out. It'd be sweet if I can find one with aerospokes, though I haven't seen one of those in a thrift store in a while.

track* x dqm sux
indyfab bmx sux
fragment design booooring and suckysuck
paul smith x merican sux off the football team
why do all these designer collabos have to be so friggin precious and krappy? Coming up with a loud colorway is NOT my idea of innovation. slopping that colorway all over a million dollar bike just makes it worse.
I'd rather see a real artist (i.e. someone who draws or paints with his/her bare hands) go bananas over a bareknuckle with a paint pen. Cut a goddamn stencil and spray. DO SOMETHING
This whole kaws x bape x zoopreme ***** is so overrated. It's armani for trust fund sneakerkiddies.
It's only by virtue of the bike industry's lowest of the low graphic design standards that this krap even warrants mention. Could you imagine if I painted my snowboard white, and printed CLUSTERFACK DESIGN CO in, oh, I dunno, Arial in mint green and poo brown. Hey look - I'm a designer/ahntra-prinnure.

I wouldn't call yourself a deisgner or entrepreneur at that point.
A designer would probably decide on a much more thought-through color palate and maybe a more refined sans-serif aside from Arial. Using mint green and poo brown, although sometimes tempting, wouldn't be a good business decision considering current color trends and forecasts.
You've got two shops in the community putting their heads together. That's a great thing. Be sick of it, but they're doing wheelies around your style.
