Best way to check for legality is to just yellout "I.N.S." when you pass them.

If they scatter you have your answer.

mmmm tim hortons. I got a maple doughnut when I went there once. I'll let Canada annex the US if we can have Tim Hortons and cut off florida, SC, and california and push them into the ocean.
