Nah, IRAK is a graffiti crew gone streetwear brand. To "rack" means to shoplift, so they called themselves IRAK. Those dudes collaborate on shoes and put out some tshirts too, but I guarantee you that you wouldn't look them in the eye if you met them. Ace knocks people out for just looking at him sometimes. I've seen him leave a party pissed off and just lay out some random guy on the sidewalk.
