Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

i know a guy who has a pristine LeCar. he's owned it since new, and it's got less than 5k miles.

it was free with purchase when he bought a Rolls-Royce Silver Spur back in the mid 80's.

the Roller is long gone, but the Le Car stays on.

Actually it might not. Why don't you post it? Come find me and you can take a photo. But, since you've never even talked to me in person aside from being drunk, you can try leaving me the hell alone.

I know this is something most people in this subforum aren't use to, a comfortable setup, which is actually the opposite point of this thread.

Yeah, I mean, just look at the size of that frame. The owner is obviously huge, probably bought the biggest frame they could find, and still needs a super-long stem.
