Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Just thought I'd post an update...
I got nice little box in the mail today that had a new pair of Dominators and some Time ATAC pedals.... after taking them for a little spin, I must say.. they Sidi's are bad ass shoes!!

My old shoes ****ing sucked. I'm really really happy with the Sidi's.

If you can find a better pair of shoes that either surpass the comfort, durability or look of the Sidi's, buy them, because you would've found the perfect shoe.

Do I think you will find such a shoe? No. The Sidi's rule supreme.

SIDIs... sex for your feet! I got the MTB, triple velcro version, so no buckle problems.

I won't read all of these posts, but I've been wearing my chucks for about 5 years and they are still going. You can find older model Sidi's that will last you for under $100.
