Chainline sucka

My chainline is off by a little....pretty hard to notice via the naked eye and it runs smooth, but it IS off. Should I just not sweat it??

Bikes: so many

IME, if the chain line is off it will increase the chances of the chain coming off. If it's only off by a tiny bit, it probably won't make any difference. Might be something to think about if you're not using a brake.
