The brim isn't sewn to the hat thru the brim material, just -right- along the edge.

The best thing I can tell you to do is make a ****load and try different things, and look at some "real" caps..

All of those are awesome. I'd break out the Singer if I thought I could do anything close to that. The houndstooth, digital cammie and the grey material with tiny black dots are sick. Maybe I'll give the pattern to my girlfriend and see what she can do.

P.S. could someone post a shot of the inside, specifically where the elastic is sewn in.

I love those colors and the swirly deal. I'm not a huge fan of the 3 panel though, the one i made looked goofy as hell.
