but not for 80 bucks. thanks for the find. |

I'm seriously setting up pegboard in the kitchen when we buy a house. If you paint it to match the walls, it isn't noticable and it's stupidly practical.
I'm also thinking about ripping off the bicycle wheel pot rack that readymade has a design for. It looks pretty rad and would save a bunch of space. This thread rules. |

The pegboard in the kitchen only works if it absolutely never gets wet at all ever, that particleboard shizz swells and stains in a heartbeat, even if you paint it. Previous occupants of my place gifted me with that knowledge.

Chombo - i have a pair, and i dont think there good for riding. The soles are not stiff and the velro straps can get caught on your clips and straps. I only paid $40 for mine so i dont feel so bad.
been trying to find a decent replacement for these on the street: http://www.sg.hu/galeria/1078746507/...1152092218.jpg is gettin tougher to find these locally. not a v.popular model I guess |

yeah, that's a shame. I wouldnt trust their clipless shoes with those strings. why the hell would they skimp such a critical part? |

I never realized that there were so many options for banana storage. Thanks for the enlightenment everyone.. now if only I liked bananas enough to eat them often

Simple answer? They make plastic pegboard now. Made out of lexan if I recall correctly. Prime it with some Zinsser and hit it with whatever wall paint you want.

Man, thanks for posting these. I was going to ask where I can get form fitting non-laced, NON-Vans shoes for FG urban riding.

If your bananas get too mushy, make a smoothie. Same goes with your other fruit.
Banana bread FTW. Or banana chip cookies. Sometimes I buy too many and then refuse to eat them so my wife will make goodies. |
i personally use the hangar method, and as stated above me, if they get too musty, i just make banana bread. i find it's the most cost effective.
|
im 100% into it. the guy on the bike can go but.....if they are stiff as hell then great, but it would have been better to offer a cleat option.
