It looks white until you actually ride it outdoors.

hmmm... i had a set of tires, of which i cannot remember the brand (vittoria, maybe) and they were a sort of creamy ivory colour. they were good. a nice light colour, but not so light as to look really dirty. they were pretty nice. rated for 140 psi as well.

edit: i think they were verdesteins, now that someone else has mentioned it.
