damn. I was headed to Carytown burgers to get some food. I did a quick trackstand at a light because the car on the other side of the intersection had the right of way. My new soma quad clips are much longer than I'm used to and I gut stuck in some toe overlap and fell over. And I broke my ****ing red blinky. Maybe it's time to get a knog.

ah man 0 mph wipeouts are the worst. I pretty much gave up on trackstands because I was never very good at them and I was way too focused on not falling over rather than paying attention to traffic. Knogs seem like they can withstand a beating better than other lights I've used. I say go for it. BTW I just put my Major Taylors on my bike. check my sig for some pix.

people were talking about carytown but there's supposed to be over 10,000 people there so I dont know about that.

I'm in Williamsburg, and it's been raining the past 4 days non-stop. It's killing me.

But as far as Carytown on NYE, I doubt I'll be going. It's a lot of fun, but I don't want to deal with the crowds.

I got flip-flop 29er wheels that are on the fixed cross bike and Cane Creek SCR levers. And I'll be at Carytown. It might rock? ;)

Carytown was fun, but why didn't the ball drop?

As for BFSSFG members, I saw someone on a Bianchi with white rims. He also had another bike on his back (couldn't tell from a distance).

in richmond they raise the ball. I think its because when the ball is at the bottom then like 75% of the people can't see it because of the buildings. I'm not totally sure though.
