I'm going up there this friday. I plan on rolling into the district after christmas and putting around the monuments.

I live about 45 minutes outside of DC, ride there on occasion. Not to bad of a ride taking the trail all the way in.

Maybe we can meet up and take a ride around the city. Although I'm in the process of my first fixed build right now. So can't guarantee I'll have a bike by then.

If you guys are willing I would be down to ride around the city. I am in Annandale which is like 10 minutes outside o the city.

for serious? my parents live on columbia pike across from the harris teeter.

that's what I'm wondering. I've never raced before and it's going to be a cold day.

It's not going to be all that long. Most of the checkpoints are lit. I'm working on the cold, but I don't feel like much can be done about it.

And it better be festive as heck.
