Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

not my idea. but even so, more lip service than actual monitoring. it's basically just the best riders wearing some reflective tape on their shirts to appease the pigs if they were to check. people basically do whatever they want.

really, Pitboss, what was it that you found so vulgar about the original post? you should give an explanation rather than just saying "Deleted... Thanks"

this thread has been fun though, i love good heckling... and Milo Goes to College is an all time ruler even though i cringe now singing along to that last verse of "I'm not a loser":

Bikes: I hate bikes!

Band I was in opened for Descendants a few times back in the late 80's. (Not the original line up, new guitr & bass player) Nice guys and great band, although the drummer (Bill Stevenson) would f*ck almost anything that moved. I still remember stepping on his used condoms on the dressing room floor and the cadre of local teenage girls following him around.
