Bengal LB rides to the game fixed
Watching the Bengals play today they did a short piece on LB Dhani Jones riding his bike to the game.. It was a fixed gear with bull horns. Kind of strange seeing a 240# bruiser riding fixed.

For some reason the only thing that came to my head after reading this was mental imagery of him snapping cranks every time he mashes up a hill and shredding tires till sparks are flying every time he skids. I hope that's congruous with the reality of him riding fixed.

Probably wears tight jeans rolled up and has a bandana for a tt protector.
|
was it a langster?
|
I tried to find the video on youtube to no avail but he is featured in a bunch of videos about global warming. Pieces to the puzzle...

Dhani Jones rules, I wish he were actually a good football player and maybe we would've kept him around philly, he has more personality in his pink bow tie than most players do in their whole roided out bodies.
|
apparently, he worked at a bike shop when he was in school and rolls to campus cyclery occasionally.

Cool.
Any links to vid? |
I ride over in Cincy several times a week and I believe I've seen him. Maybe a steamroller? Either way good to see somebody bike commuting on TV. Also might help dispell the myth that the only people who bike commute are poor people.

i missed the game as i was at my fiance's families house in toledo for thanksgiving, but i saw the highlights later and got all excited when i saw that.
laugh if you must but i've been watching the bengals since my grandpa got me into them when i was 4 or 5. i've been laughed at many years for cheering them on, specially since i didn't even live in cincy most of the time. haha. |

I assumed this thread was about a Bangladeshi cricketer, and I'm totally disappointed now
