I'm found this old Puegeot bike frame that I'm tryting to turn into a fixie. The rims were rusted, so I bought news, and a new chain. Whats my next step towards my first fixie? Can I use any rim with a hub?

also, please take this advice on behalf of pretty much everyone:

for you own sanity and well being, don't fuk with old peugots. older french bikes tend to have odd sizes for everying and a bunch of bolts and crappy geometry and they weigh more than a car and... there are a lot of disadvantages to old peugots.

so you may want to consider that.

So wrong on so many points. There's nothing strange about the "bolts" and most of the sizing issues can be overcome. If all you had was a bare frameset it might not be worth dealing with, but if most of the parts on the bike are good it will be fine. As far as the geometry and how much they weigh, you're way off. SOME Peugeots are heavy, just like some bikes made by nearly every manufacturer are heavy. Peugeot made some very nice racing bikes along with the lower end stuff you see more commonly. Furthermore, I love the geometry on my old, lower end Peugeot, it's comfy yet responsive. Peugeot won a lot of races back in the day and they were popular for good reasons. You'd be a fool to dismiss any Peugeot you come across based on the U-08 you saw posted/dissed here.

And yeah, fixed gear not fixie.
