the curve is super comfortable. i actually chopped off about 2" on the ends. they were huge (like the cinelli LA 84's) Had to add the bell. got tired of always yelling at people. it's nice and loud! |

I had a run-in with the back of a car. It's back to a conversion for me.. Very sad about that..

holy moly! I hope you're alright... I had to do a double take of that bike as at first glance it looked like some kind of wierd alt tall-bike. What kind of frame is that? I have not heard of Paris Sport before... my condolences to your bike... Now you get to look for a new one!
that bike did not compute for at least 10 seconds. I'm glad you're alright!
jeeez man, i'm sorry. at least you seem alright. that was a nice looking build, though.
even though the circumstances aren't great, seeing this makes me even happier with my iro/deep v wheels. bombproof! |

Paris-Sport at ClassicRendezvous |
Ouch, that sucks. Glad you're alright.
Well you could get that fixed, 2 x tubes might be expensive though.
Yea, I'm allright. Pissed about the bike of course. I'm puting together a conversion tonight.. The frame is too small for me, but it has cranks and a headset so I can transfer my parts without alot of effort. I have no money right now so I will eventually get a new track frame that's worth me getting the stronglight cranks off the paris sport..
wouldnt it be better to taco a front rim than bend a frame?
i mean, rebuilding a front wheel seems like a lot less cash than replacing a frame you really like. |

Well, I recon with a relatively weak frontwheel you'd destroy your wheel instead of your frame..
you mean your wheel as well as your frame?
i bet a front brake would have helped to prevent that
i hate to nitpick though |
