and i am pumped because HERE IS A DUDE WHO GETS IT! pretty much the only iro someone has posted in recent memory that wasn't gross.

I guess your recent memory doesn't go past this morning, because I posted this yesterday (not mine)

nah man, that wall was painted months ago, we are just too lazy to peel the tape and remove the supplies. and as for the position, i work on this from 8 to 5 and i have no complaints, but to each his own.

Not mine. I have a Bianchi adjustable that I swapped out from my girl's road bike installed on my mtb. Huge drops, pounding up and down climbs, no worries. Maybe I just got lucky?

Hey, man, don't blame VICE. It can't help that it's slowly but steadily slipping into cultural irrelevance.

The good ones have interlocking splines. I was just adjusting the one on my roomate's bike, and was impressed by how solid the system was. I would trust that thing for most any abuse.

If it's just a friction plate, then yeah, they're sketchy.

Ok. Finally a better picture of the KHS. It still sucks but I'm just getting the hang of this camera. I just scored the wheels on craigslist today. I'm VERY excited about them. They will probably not stay on this bike for long though.

You want to say "curved seat tube bikes". A sloping seat tube makes no sense. They are all at some degree of an angle.

[edit] It's bloody two words, too! [edit] (I'm referring to my own mistakes, not you number 18).

marqueemoon: You have a beautiful bike. One of the only bikes where I can appreciate the use of that salsa stem. I love it!

Hey, my old KHS turned out pretty nice! Hope it serves you well. And what's up w/ the classy lassy IRO's these days? That Jamie Roy looked amazing.

PS: Thank you, internet.

One time I was leaving the bank and someone had a KHS
Aero locked up to the parking meter. I never saw it again
after that day, which is odd, since there are only a handful
of fixed gear riders around here.

I want to beat the crap out of that .243.

jamey 12-20-06 02:16 PM

the black tape job over the stripes are a very nice and simple touch.

Shiznaz 12-20-06 03:36 PM

My buddy has the same .243 but his is set up geared, and even more burly. That thing is such a beast. I love it.
