Safe? I see no handbrake, nor helmet. And even though the jeans are a slim leg cut, there looks to be a few frayed edges that could easily get caught in the chain.

I've been considering that Cinelli frame for myself. I think
they're less than a grand, and I need a replacement for my
Ridley.

In any event, that's a pretty hot bike, but that stem's gotta
go.
