Nice Pog.

I forgot who makes those straps though. They'd look nice on my Marinoni and I like the wider area by the clip.

I'd have to look through our 83 email conversation in order to find the lugs. I can't remember off hand, but who knows, maybe he will see it here and answer.

Back to website statistics. Thanks for the compliments.

Got bored with stats. I don't know anything about the lugset other than it came from a guy in the Netherlands that apparently used to have a bike shop. I'm sure the builder could answer this question better than me though.

ch0mb0, that bike is amazing. Come to DC for polo-ing.
(I will miss your Oct. tournament due to a CX race that weekend, but I believe papa tink is taking the spot on my team.)

Ah the colours. I knew what I kinda wanted, but couldn't really describe properly or completely provide a proper colour. So I told the builder my idea. Also, the 'finned' lugs he picked out played on my idea, the entire concept of the bike. The builder talked with the painter about what I was looking for, and I don't think I could be happier. The pearl white was the accent I knew I wanted, but the blue-ish grey-ish aquatic colour is the one I couldn't describe. Every step of the process I was thanking him for his patience with my non-decision and inability to do anything other than describe ideas. He (said) he didn't mind, and that it was a lot of fun that way.

I wanted him to be able to use my input and at the same time, express his creativity in the build. I think it worked out perfectly.

I think they'd be perfect for your 'noni, as they are Marinoni branded Silva straps. Laminated. Cheap. Lots of colors. Do it.
