When it becomes not 1 degree outside i will go bring my bike in and take pictures in its current state. The brake has fallen off and its so nastied out from being ridden everywhere in this godforsaken place I call home. its pretty nast.

Id make fun of my bike if I saw it on fixed gear gallery. tt pad off a bmx bike, random boondoggle holding bar tape onto bars off a murray, tape over CF fork...yeah it rides well.
edit..+extra spacer on top...not there anymore but it was.

Not beater enough! It looks...nice...
I'll see you all the rust in the world and raise you my road grime which is hanging from the bottom bracket, a chain that is pieced together from 3 other chains AND cottered cranks from the 70's.

The only things that make that bike ugly are:
- the asymmetrical bar tape, going in the same direction on both sides
- messy electrical tape on the bars
- brake cables routed backwards through the levers

All these things can be fixed for free. Also, you can get 5 3mm hub spacers for your chainring bolts for like $2.50 at any LBS.
also, Yates.

Do you ride through NaOH(aq), lol? (I don't know my chem well...so maybe it doesn't cause corrosion like that.)
