Seriously? This should be in the jackass thread. I mean, look at his saddle/bar drop. I'm not even gonna start in on his crank choice. Poser.

That's pretty wild!

jacobpriest 03-06-08 08:41 AM

Justin is a rad ****ing dude. I did an alleycat in San Marcos and he won 1st with no brakes and no straps (something i strong disscourage). youtube has a video of him breaking the fork that was on that bike before...
this kid is sick though, hes got alot of **** down, he can do crazy drops like that, ballet dancing with poles, and crazy other ****. His part is DEFINATELY gonna make BS2 even better....

How does he acquire these skills and not wear any protection, at one point in his life he must have not been able to do this... how did he reach this level with out protection?

If I went out right now and tried that I would be close to dead, if not fully dead.

EDIT: On second thought, he IS wearing gloves...

delicious 03-06-08 01:15 PM

so what is that still taken from?

He probably rides bmx or mtb. I am willing to bet if you stuck kids who do freeride or bmx on a fixed gear and gave them a few weeks tops, they would turn this sport on its head.

I think difflock was talking about the bmxer. respect to the fixy guy but he is doing less than 1/4 of the height of the bmxer, and over grass not asphalt.

Most of the folks who do this wacky stuff on bikes have some sort of BMX/MTB background already. This "sport" is already turned on it's head.

sp00ki 03-06-08 03:26 PM

you're talking like it actually had a head to begin with...

Yep, people are starting on fixed gear bikes to do tricks, then slowly they will all go "hey... what if these bikes had smaller wheels, and motorcycle styled handlebars, I bet we could do these tricks easier"

unisk8r 03-06-08 03:36 PM

threadkiller.
