yeah it's pretty irresponsible

He worked on my kryptonite chain for a while with his isht bolt cutters and then called it a day and turned around and went inside, presumably to get some young whippersnapper to do the job for him. His escapades had given me ample time to finish my coffee, so I walked over and unlocked my bike, at which time he came shuffling over to yell at me and i rode off. |

Well, I suppose my thought was that I wasnt about to get into it with a crotchety old man. If he had gotten the chain off, I would have walked over and thanked him for unlocking my bike for me, taken the lock and bought a new piece of chain from a hardware store for 3 dollars. It was too funny watching him try and wrestle that lock with those bolt cutters.
Anyways... i was contemplating taking my NY ulock and locking up on the day they do it and just video taping them having a time trying to get dat piece off. hehehe. it'd be good youtube materials... |
