Speedplays when I'm looking to do mileage or speed with drops. With Northwave evolutions in a totally not matching colourway for my bike.

When I have my risers on I sport some SPD style Wellgo mg-8 along with some cheese Exustar E-SM102 Cycling Shoes

I've used SPD and LOOK. It was much nicer riding with the large LOOK platform but it isn't practical for me to use them on my FG since it's my commute/errand bike, so SPD for now.

A set of platforms w/ Lockdown straps for when I want to wear sneakers. Better than clips/straps in every way, in my experience. ATACs for when I want to go fast.

Square, shin killing, "beartrap" style flats. More than enough grip for single speed, especially when combined with some waffle soled sneakers. I don't ride fixed gear, so I'm not too worried about foot retention. My feet don't slip on them, and I can even pull the pedal up for a decent part of the stroke.

I've been all about the Gr-9s and doubles but since i saw the light i'm in the process of putting Candys on all my rides.Well,minus my tarck ,barspinning Leader:D

Clips, straps, and slotted cleats for me.

I have tried and love the SiDi Atac combo, and my buddy who's a messenger in Denver swears by SiDi's and Atacs. He has them on his Pulse and his R1000.

But until I have the money I'll be using my GR9's with double clips, Pake space straps, and nylons with duct tape doublizers.

Clips and cages for me on my fixed bikes.

Right now quadgate clips and double straps.

Soon I'll be getting my Sidi Genius 5's though, which will be attaching to my Look Keo Classics. Should be fun!

I am interested in how you like those. I prefer ATAC but cleats are harder to get at LBS.
