Help with sizing of bareknuckle

So I was trying to decide between the bareknuckle and the sputnik but since the sputnik is out of stock in canada my choice is kinda made for me. I have already searched about sizing info and most people size their bareknuckle small. I used the fit calcuator on competitive cyclist and got:

Sizing:
Gender M
Inseam 81 cm
Trunk 71 cm
Forearm 30 cm
Arm 63 cm
Thigh 59 cm
Lower Leg 60.5 cm
Sternal Notch 141 cm
Total Body Height 174 cm

I am 5'9.

Found this on the sizing of the frames:

I am guessing I should go with the 50 bareknuckle. Thoughts?

You should go for the 52 or 54 based on those calcs.

Ignore him and get the 50.

1. The B.K. has a high bottom bracket which makes that seat tube length deceiving. The standover height will be probably be an issue on the 52 and certainly on the 54 frame.
2. The frame also has a steep seat tube angle. You'll probably have your seat back a bit further on the rails than a slacker road bike, etc. (assuming you want to maintain the same position over the cranks) and that will effectively lengthen the top tube.

at 5'9" you should be on the 52 at least. i'd like to see what you look like on the 54 as well, but something with a 53cm toptube is gonna be cramped. you could run a 13cm or longer stem on the 50, but why?
keep in mind a lot of guys in the fixed gear scene ride ridiculously small frames, and it's not for the better.

What would the stand over height on the 52 be?

Please don't by a frame based on some nominal size that means next to nothing and just confuses the issue.

Edit: Here you go ... from EAI to me to you.

It means get the 50. You'll have a ball hanging over either side of the top tube if you go w/ the 52 and the 54 will have you walking with a limp. The rest of the fit can be nailed w/ proper stem/bar/saddle positioning.

I'd get a 50 or 52. I think the 50 would be a better fit. Assuming you would go with a 100mm stem, running a slightly longer stem (110mm) would really let you dial in to the steering / handling. This is true from 90mm to 100mm as well. The 50cm has a 53cm TT while the 52cm has a 54cm TT.

I have a 32" inseam, you seem to have roughly 31.75", and I ride a 53.5cm TT on my fixed gear - on my road bike I ride a 54 - 54.5cm TT.

Remember, frame size refers to the length of the seat tube, which is pretty worthless IMO - the real measurement that matters is the length of the top-tube (TT).
