single speed + 2

Hi

I am new to the fourms. I am planning on building another bike and am looking at putting two or three speeds in the rear. I have seen this before, but am unsure of how to go about putting this together.

Any hints? Thanks

Bikes: looks like a specialized crux now

internal 3 speed hub in the rear with a coaster brake.

do a search for details.
