Evo mini width is 84mm inside 114 outside.
I would like my holster to be fancy tooled leather and please also send along a shiny Junior Sheriff badge as well.

Are you looking to make a holster that somebody will win and have it fit their existing u-lock? If so, I don't see how that would work, given that locks come in so many different sizes. Why not provide the lock with the holster so you know it fits?

People already think that my Krypto Mini in my back pocket is mace....... don't think a gun-style holster would help.

I was noticing that most of these are about an average size across.
the race organizers can provide a lock. I am poor and jobless and just like to sew.

yeah, I'll pay you make me a saddle bag that'll clip onto my brooks. big enough to hold lock, keys, cellphone, snack, etc. like the brooks challenge bag. not leather - just whatever durable and inexpensive fabric you have.
