i dunno man. i posted that first bike with the fat franks because im in love with those tires on that build, and since ive been really really wanting to put together some sort of similar build. the trick is a frame that can take 26 x 2.35 tires.
anyone have any advise on acquiring a cheap frame that will take these tires?

Fat Frank also makes 29x2 tires, I was thinking of getting a 29er from Bikes Direct and throwing them on...
can u even go fast on a bike like that? (with 26" tires?) I commute 10 miles a day on 700c so would a bike like this feel like a turtle??
