Leader frame

Im considering purchasing the Leader 720TR frame. It wouldnt be for a while.
but i just want peoples opinions on it. worth it? not worth it?

i cant remember which one but theres a 2009 leader frame the has ridiculously short chainstays.
as in the colts are on the end of the dropouts and the tire is very close to the seatpost. too close.

Isn't the price part of the appeal? Did I read somewhere that the next wave of 721tr frames are gonna have better geometry so the wheel isn't at the back of the dropouts?

Leaders are solid, if somewhat utilitarian. The Eastern European tractor of bikes. I see a couple at the tracks. They perform adequately. They're nothing anyone would ever call bling, but they're not crap either. Their forks are rubbish, though.
