Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Congratulations America, congratulations Mr. Obama, and congratulations John McCain... You're a great man and an American hero.

We did it everyone!

Good work guys. I was pretty disappointed that McCain was boo'd in his concession speech but he showed some real class and ignored it and kept talking. I am still waiting for Obama to talk, it should be good.

The news folks could at least pretend to be impartial. LOL.

Now that the congress and the white house are controlled by Democrats, everything will be their fault for once.

Prepare to be disappointed when "change" doesn't make everything better.

Then again, the Dems would almost have to try to do a worse job than the Republicans have.

I'm not a Democrat, but I'm not going to stoop to this "not my president" crap that liberals have been spouting for the past eight years. Mr. Obama will be my president, and I hope he walks as well as he talks. I'm proud of the American people for showing that, for most of us, race is no longer an issue.

I hope so too. The problem with that last part is that this was the most racial vote ever. Black people decided that since Obama is black, they can finally vote . I am sure there were millions of heavily racist (black to white racism, not the kind we are allowed to talk about) votes that happened. Just the same the other way.

I hope more republicans (or independents) can learn to think more like this, and less like 2new2this...
