Bike with 650c wheels

So I have a tri bike that I would like to convert to a fixie. Only problem is that my wheels are 650cc and not the 700cc. Is there a place where i can buy a 650cc rear wheel?

I guess I can rebuild the wheel with a fixed hub but I am not familiar with the process. Any suggestions?

Bikes: looks like a specialized crux now

get it laced up yourself at a bike shop

i rolled a mavic open pro and a nashbar hub, worked great and was stiff as hell.

if it is a 53 i might buy it from you.
