Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

It's a Limar (I forgot the model) I got for $25 off chainlove.com. I covered it with reflective tape strips

Gyeswho, it's the wide angle that killed me with that POV. Your chainring looks, sort of, like it's almost as big as your front wheel, and almost next to it ... and your feet zooming toward and away from the camera as you pedal ... I found it a little hard to get past that to watch the action.

But I love the videos and the different POVs. This just isn't my favorite. Keep 'em coming.

Gyeswho, that low angle seemed to offer a more stable platform for your camera than "normal" positions, e.g. the headtube, bars, helmet, or chest.

No kidding, what is with people these days overpricing their fixies. All over craigslist people run their bikes at like 800 and it makes no sense, until like 3 months later I see the same bike reduced to like 500. I mean come on.

this is my newest ride, so far has cost me 4 dollars. I am looking for a good DIY grips if anyone knows one. Also when i get some money i will get a coaster brake and have it laced up but as for now it cruises and is comfy.

please don't tell me you lock up your awesome bike with that little lock dangling from your seat. Do that and I may just have to remove it from your possession.
