Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

hey cc700 i was just thinking about upgrading my kilo's pedals from stock and that actually, looks great lol. what combo is that and how much did it cost?

heh didnt really take the time to figure out and read, so i'm guessing SPD pedals.. the cage being forte.. ?

My new stem came in, but apparently Niagara cycles didn't send the shim with it, so now i have to wait a few more days. ugh.

I just ordered the same exact bag. Can't wait to get it. Is it numbered? I know they only made 500 of them.

Vision stem came in. Apparently Niagara Cycles didn't send the stem that should've been included with the stem. Oh well, I am too impatient, I'll probably pick up a stem shim tomorrow from my LBS. Thinking about going brakeless, since all I do are ride in trails these days.

Haha, nice catch. Yeah, shim. Grrr.

And don't worry, the aero bars are coming in on Wednesday. Once I get them, I'll install them and take a picture.

Also I made a stupid mistake and only ordered one Pasela TGs. I swear I thought I had 2 as the quantity. Oh well, I'll just use it as a rear for now..

Even a better reason to use a good tire on the front, I'm pretty sure you'd rather burn through an old tire than a brand spanking new one.
