So I can't seem to find any specs on my bar/stem about sizing so I whipped out my tape measure and measured the stem to find the diameter of the bar. It measured a tiny smidgin under 27mm. Does this mean its for a 25.4 (1in) diameter bar? Do they run 1.5mm larger, or maybe my measurement is wrong, but does this sound reasonable? I'm picking up a bar soon and want to make sure it fits (I actually am having a friend pick it up since I'm busy and don't have my stem to give them to do a test fit. Can anyone confirm my estimate?

What kind of bar and stem is it?

idk what kind of stem b/c its black and has no markings.. i bought the bike on craigslist. the bar I'm looking at buying is the Easton Monkey lite CF riser bar 25.4 diameter
