Really short stem
Ok, so my bike's fit is this close to being perfect. However, I need a really, really, really short reach stem (as in 10 mm) with maybe 5 degree of drop and I cannot find anything.
Any suggestions?
Preferably silver, preferably cheap. Thank's much.

You can just strip the anodization off with Easy Off Oven cleaner and then polish it up to make it shiny silver or don't polish it for a dull silver

I believe that you can't have less than around 30mm (half the steerer diameter plus half the bar diameter) measured center to center assuming 1 1/8 steerer and 26mm bars.
Such short stems are usually only available as MTB stems (either 25.4mm or 31.8mm clamp diameter)

Imagine you are a student; imagine that you are working your way through school, imagine you don't have much money. Are you with me? Good. Somebody, lets say a friend, offers you his old bike at a really, really low price, practically free. Let's call him a good friend. Surly, you wouldn't pass up such an offer?
Stay with me please.
Now imagine, if you please, that you have a strange body shape, that your legs are long but your torso is fairly short. So, the bike almost fits, almost. Obviously, you're not going to go out and hunt for a bike that fits better, especially when you don't exactly have the means to do so. What to do, what to do?
So you go online, and search for a short stem to make the bike fit better. You cannot find one. So, let's say you go to bikeforums.net and ask for help in finding one. Still with me?
Then an individual, let's call this individual "operator." Well, he (can we call him a he?), without any idea at all about your specific situation or any other evidence to go on, makes a nonsensical and completely unhelpful reply. What do you do then?
Well, you call him an a*****e and a first class idiot.
Clearly the whole '10mm' thing was hyperbole.

Oh the drama.
Dude, getting a bike that's too big is like getting a suit or a pair of shoes that's too big. There's only so much you can do to get it to fit.
The bottom line is that you bought a bike that doesn't fit you. It doesn't matter how free or almost free a bike is. If it doesn't fit it doesn't fit.
I'd work on trading the frame if possible.

Bikes: too many
the one that comes stock on the clockwork is like 60mm. it's godawful looking too, so you should be able to get it for basically free.
ideally youd get a smaller frame and have a lot of seatpost, but whatever works.
EDIT: looked on bikeisland to see if they sell that weird silver stem on the cheap (they don't) but I saw this stem, apparently made for people who want to make wrong sized frames work for them:
https://bikeisland.com/cgi-bin/BKTK_S...ls&ProdID=1436
can be ordered from sizes ranging from ~2 inches (60mm) to three feet (909mm)
and that's so not a typo

Holy Hell! That's a long ass stem. How is that even possible/necessary?
I still don't understand why everyone is so convinced that the bike doesn't fit me properly. Is a 50 mm stem really that ridiculous? All I need is a shorter reach; especially since I run bullhorns and when I'm spread out, the reach is just slightly too long.

Oh no, I know 10 mm stems don't exist. That is why I said it was hyperbole. I just couldn't find one.

Yes, let's just ignore the fact that the bike is not the right size.
