That's a stock pair of var lockring pliers. Var also makes/made and excellent lockring spanner which doesn't ever slip but won't fit all lockrings. The aforementioned Hozan is very good, esp. for older headsets that used a lockring.

The Park lockring wrench I have is a disaster, one of the more useless tools in my box.

I love my Hozan wrench. I used to try and use a park tool bb lockring wrench. What a headache.
