What track fram is this ?? Please help

Hi i have just bought this track frame ... and i am not sure what brand it is and would really like to know more about it. The bottom Bracket shell has a V cut out of it and the serial number is CO 0343
Does anyone have an idea of what it is ? Thanks

looks like a nice frame! i would venture to guess that it might have been a custom build for someone as a training bike, since it has all the holes and braze-ons for front and rear brakes... that's totally a guess though. you might check the C&V forum too, as they have a keen eye for lugs, which are the only real distinguishable feature on the bike.

I'll second wearyourtruth's guess of a custom build. The cable guide brazeons for a rear brake are not something that usually go on track bikes. That said, it looks like a gorgeous frame even if it isn't branded!
