Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

The MTB version is on the window display across the street from my work (48th & Park Ave.) at the Ferrari collectibles store. I wouldn't ride that thing either if I had it.

The price tag alone should be interesting enough.

What is that, a kid's bike? It's tiny. Either that or that bed is huge.

I'd get myself a Trek 5900SL first. Two of them rather so I can give it to my girl friend.

Hmmm... the one on eBay must have a sh*t load of better parts on it to get the 9999.00 price tag.

those would be "chainstays". do the holes actually serve a purpose, or are they there for looks and hype?

Bikes: yes please.

i saw one of these in person in aspen a few years ago. it was rather impressive. my favorite feature about this one is the "Exclusive All-Black tubular tires (just like a Ferrari race car!)" now that is trick.

I believe it was Koloth The Wicked. He criticized the prime minister for calling the "battle" victorious while it actually should have been worded "war". Subsequently shanked in the neck by a fellow Klingon, Tim, with a dk'tahg.

I still like the original colnago-ferrari. Look at them wheels.

I could be mistaken, but I think that's my frame . Mine's missing the Schwinn Badge from the headpost, but it's got holes where one would be mounted. The only difference is the chain guard (that says "schwinn Typhoon" on it) but the rest look JUST like my baby. Is that chain guard removable? I'm calling around town to find a place that can powdercoat it. The only guy I found that will do it wants a $100 minimum, but said he could do two for that price. Anyone in New Orleans want to go in halfsies?
