it rides like any other aluminum frame but more pretentiously.

Do you ever get bored with being a know-it-all asshat? It's a nice bike, and plenty of aluminum frames ride beautifully. Get over it.

Yo! 10-08-09 12:23 PM

Finally. The too cool act is so old dude.

TheBikeRollsOn 10-08-09 01:46 PM

Do you have absolutely no budget? Christ I'm envious.

ichitz 10-08-09 02:57 PM

I'm curious about the straps. Is that white leather doubles? Where is that from? coz i might need a pair..

This is true. Being unsafe looks cool, among the cool folks. Unfortunately, the trends for cool are not the same as the trends for smart.

So either be safe or be cool. The choice is clear.

squeegeesunny 10-08-09 04:06 PM

Your bike looks beautiful man. Hope you put it to some good use.

It could've been an awesome track-only use bike though..

eclipse2 10-08-09 05:36 PM

I love the bike, it rides super smooth. The brakes definitely help. Thanks for all the compliments and i'll be seeing you all out on the road!

SOMA STRAPS and CAGE

spinerguy 10-08-09 08:11 PM

I was under the impression this model isn't available (yet) in US, or it is?

Nice bike btw.

You dropped all that money on the bike, then picked up Soma straps?

You should have went all out and purchased some Toshi straps.

bikeman68 11-12-09 09:02 PM

this is a quick, nimble track race machine, why do you put so much $$$ in a bike that gets ridden on the roads??
You can do that on a converted Italian road bike from the 80's, with about a 42-16 and hand brakes, with the fixed cog on the original retro freewheel , QR rear hub. This bike is twitchy, and dangerous for you on the road with no brakes.
If you decide to race on the track, then this bike kit will be great.

LB.Motoring 11-12-09 09:52 PM

Wow nice bike!

I am also new to driving and I got this car

Strip it and repaint the frame. Might make a nice conversion.

ksharp 11-12-09 11:41 PM

Excuse my ignorance, but what model D2 is that?
