But how often do you see anything besides gear (as opposed to actual riding) being discussed on the forums? I've seen dozens of "which bars/pedals/frame/bike/seat/cog" threads, but don't really recall any about training, nutrition, or anything to do much with rider performance. And no, "How do I do nutz2bars skidz" doesn't count.

its dieing out here too, half the ppl at my school stopped riding, only a few of my friends and i still ride
EDIT: ohh but those people who stop riding were a buncha hipsters, that spend crap loads on their bike, one guy had loads of money, even had dura ace hubs laced to black b43's which i see no real point of, since all he did was trick.

lots of catagories now get search results; that all relate to the overall SS/FG trend

I think it's going though the "culling process". So more good bunch get stay at it. I mean you should see some of "fail" people out-there. I would be horrified if I ever had to ride with em. ... I won't be surprised to see a brakeless wannabe who can't skid / skip, today. Total laugh.
P.S. I am a brakeless wannabe who put on brakes anyway.

FG for some (like me) is like riding BMX without the disadvantage of having to look like a ****** on his kid brother's tiny bike. With the introduction of frames like the cutter and the star****ers xenon, those of us who used to have fun riding wheelies and barspinning can do it again on an actual bike that can go places. And that's not a bad thing, IMO.

From: Between the mountains and the lake.
Bikes: 8 bikes - one for each day of the week!
In the good-ol' days we were much braver than that. We would just post it, and deal with the consequences. Which, depending on the mod that passed by at the moment, would range from none to being banned, to post being deleted, to thread being deleted, to this moderator stalking you and deleting each and every one of your posts, mindlessly - this last kind of moderator is also known as ******bag.
