I agree with goatmeal. Just clean it up and you've got yourself a nice vintage bicycle.

How can I tell if i have that fork?
Well it is aluminium so it would not rust without some kind of paint or sealent. Is that chrome? If not then its aluminium, I don't think aluminium can be chromed...O! I just had a though...use a magnet! if it doesn't stick then its aluminium
