they kind of look like townie bars but (maybe it's just the angle) they look like they have sharper bends.

i would just call them cruiser bars. but if you want to get specific, i would say upside down major taylors....

Upside down major taylors??? No. Your powers of visualization are weak, young grasshopper.

They're generic cruiser risers. They look just like something you'd find on an old Raleigh Sports (Nitto, as already mentioned, replicated the idea with the north road bars). There are any number of knock offs (wald, velo orange, et al).
