Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Fixed? What do you mean? You mention something about Rick Rolling. Oh, I see it now: you're trying to derail this fine thread off-topic, because you probably think the subject of brakes or no brakes on a fixed gear has been rehashed and discussed more than Pam Anderson's boobs, don't you? Well, if you don't want to contribute, don't spoil the fun for the rest of us who are, indeed, willing and able to discuss this very important issue: whether riding a fixed gear brakeless makes you a dolt or not - and all related facets.

Well obviously brakeless is the only way, how else can you do barspinzzzzzz?
And braking before you hit a car or vice versa, is total poser ****, you gotta skid into those hospital bills for real street cred!
