Waterbottle cage solution for Kilo Strippers/TT?

Not sure if TT's have a water bottle mount but the strippers dont. I was wondering what other solutions there are to get a water bottle cage on a stripper. I'd like to get someone on the frame like the seat tube. I've seem some that kind of hang off of the back of the saddle and some off the front of the handle bars but I'm not really in love with those ideas.

Aside form drilling holes in the frame, what options do I have?

Hose clamps for the cheap, otherwise, there are companies that sell retro kits. Id just do a search on google and im sure you can find something.

Take your pick!

I used the Zefal gizmos on my TT Pro and worked really well. A little small to mount on the downtube but I wrapped some tape to thicken it up which ended up protecting the tubes anyways.

A standard water bottle cage and zip ties would be the cheapest way. Just use some thin double sided foam tape to cushion the metal from the frame.

this is what u need. Get a bottle cage, use this:
https://www.velo-orange.com/bocacl.html

like the website says, "They work best with cages that have an elongated mounting area and only on non-oversized frame tubes. They will not work on cages with short mounting tabs" Luckily, VO also sell bottle cages

That's weird. In the pics of all the framesets on BI, Kilo TT/Stripper/Deluxe, they all have water bottle bosses...but not on the completes on BD.
