Flip Flop hub
Instead of finishing my conversion I just bought a FG from a LBS mechanic (his own personal bike) It has a flip flop hub. Was wondering something though. I have another bike frame with horizontal drop outs I wanted to make SS and was wondering if the flip flop hubs come apart so i can keep my FG a FG and use the SS hub part on my other bike?

does the flip flop have a freewheel threaded on or is it fixed/fixed?
If it does have a freewheel on the hub, then yes, you can remove the freewheel from the hub to use it on another bike.
