Chrome Kilo

Hey everyone. I'm new here and have a chrome kilo tt frame on the way. I think I may go with either a blue and chrome theme or a blue chrome and white theme. I'm thinking 43mm deep blue anodized rims. Anyone got any good pics of all chrome bikes to post up to give me some ideas or just wanna give me ideas in general?

I'm new to this and am looking forward to building this bike. Currently I am riding a green kilo tt that I bought from bikes direct a couple months ago. This current complete bike will also be on sale for prob around $250 once my chrome build is done. Sound like a fair price since i paid $350 for it new not too long ago?

Thanks everyone!

great thanks for the pics. That first one I have actually seen online and its what gave me the idea. I like the way the blue pops with the chrome.

Cool, your bike looks great. I feel like chrome looks good with anyone. Anyone else?

Maybe BD will issue a Limited Edition Chrome Kilo OS. That'll be a chick magnet for sure. LOL!

Personally I would go with an all-black wheelset and use coloured tires or handlebar tape. Lets you change it up as you please, and if you want, go all-black for a classier, non-hipster look.

I know Bikeisland sells a lugged chrome frame. Is that what you got, or the Kilo DeluxeÉ (Sorry this damn French keyboard at my work wont let me punctuate properly)...

I don't think so: Note the mounting bolts (Cinelli's are hidden) and the scalloped body (top and bottom)...

I went with the kilo deluxe in chrome. I'm currently riding a green kilo (which will be up for sale as soon as this new build is done) and I love the way the frame looks.

I had a chrome road frame that i converted. really regret getting that red crankset, but w/e. all chrome looks the best on a chrome frame.
