Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Jack-ass poseur?

Couldn't find that JAP thread. This should qualify.
Bored and fueled by Indocin (AINST's).

Whipped this up a couple weeks ago from parts that were lying around, in-between frame builds.
Have a new frame ready so this will probably get dissasembled for parts again.

This is my first SS. build and I've got to say it's a blast to ride! 14.1lbs. and a quick feeling frame.

This bke was purchased 7/25/02 the day my wife went into labor with my 4th kid (second daughter) so it will be hard to part with.
I might build a TT. frame around the rear-stays with it.

If you put a decent set of aero bars on that bike, it would be about as antijackass as it gets...I don't know why you think that would belong in the Tark bike thread..
