26mm clamp bars to 31.8?

I began checking into switching out the handle bars on my bike for something a bit more comfortable. I found that the clamp is 31.8 and pretty much all the bars I'm finding are in the 26mm range. Are there any methods of converting a 26 to a 31.8 or are there any bars similar to the RB-021 or RB-018's for a 31.8 clamp?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, shims are cheap and easy. They work fine.
