Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

is this a good deal?
Why do you ask?

If we say "Yes", what will you do?

If we say "No", what will you do?

Why did you bid that amount on them in the first place if you weren't sure it would be a good deal?

This thread is stupid and I'm cranky.

I just ate a bacon sandwich. Was it good?

You neglected the most important part, i.e. asking whether we approve of your purchase.

Your bacon sandwich was disgusting and overpriced. I once found two bacon sandwiches in a dumpster. Took them home, soaked them in beer -- good as new.

Doc - Your triple play a few posts up continues to make me die laughing, especially when read from the bottom up.

TT - That pretty much sums it up! Surprisingly, we've been fairly well-behaved in our recent snarkiness. To toot my own horn, I also feel my pic of Jesus holding the bananas was priceless.

Actually, I forgot to mention that Tejano's reaction was definitely the best reaction ever.
