Cool frame for FG/SS.

Have this posted over at the C and V and thought I should give you guys a shot at it. I would like an Italian frame in trade, 52-53cm.

Where did you get this? I ask because someone was on here a year ago or more with pics of this exact frame asking what it was. Back then it was a ****ty blue color iirc. I think the consensus then was it was homemade.
