Need help deciding, down to the final 4...or 5

Ok, I have a budget of about $600, I need a 62cm, flip flop with a front brake geared at 42-16 (usually ride fixed but like the option) I already posted earlier and the peeps seem to like the Kilo, but I'm still not sure because of the components, so here are my final 4:
IRO Marr V prebuild, $495 can come geared exactly how I want, wont need to be repainted
Specialized Langster, $600 (will take a week to get it)in a local shop, wont need paint, Alex rims, (I rode this bike in a 58cm and didn't really like it, seat was low also so hard to tell)
Schwinn Madison for $550 rode it and loved it, at a shop in my size so I could get it today BUT I def would need to paint it, which is $100, I could spray paint it for now but eventually would need paint
Fuji track Comp, $650 the blue and white one, it can take a front brake, has Alex rims it's on sale and it looks really sweeeet
and the of course the Kilo, $380+70=$450 which I can only get in white, wont need paint, but will need parts upgrades at about $70
I haven't had a bike for about 3 weeks and really wanna make this happen soon, thanx

650 for a track comp? whats wrong with it?

also, youre kinda allover the board with bikes: steel road/track geo combo, compact alu, track geo alu....

and why the need to paint?

Anyway, if it comes exactly how you like, get the mark v and be done with it.

I'd say grab the Iro which appears to be a super solid choice. I've seen a few of them in person and never heard a complaint.

I really like the Fuji, which is a dope bike but it looks super track oriented, might not be the most comfortable ride if you intend on putting heavy use on it.

Thanks, just talked to a friend who can get me a new KHS flight 100, last years model for $300, with shipping it's $340 so I might go that route, if they don't have my size I'm going with the IRO, and you're probably right about the Fuji being stiff but I had a Cannondale and I liked it.....lemme know what you think of a KHS for $340

Well, the Fuji isn't the best bike for the road. Its going to be stiff and darty - ride before you buy.
I did by a Langster - I loved the way it road and handled. Great for short commutes or for centuries.
You do need to ride the bikes - like was stated - these are very different riding bikes you have listed.

thanks everyone, I did ride the flight 100 and liked it, I also liked the Madison that I rode and when I rode the Langster it wasn't my size so it was hard to tell, my friend has a hook up for KHS, he has a flight 100 that's my size, I rode it, he made a few calls and got a 2009 in white for $300+about $40 in shipping, I couldn't pass up that deal, I can't wait to get it since I've been bikeless for 3 weeks since my conversion got stolen, anyways thanks for all the help, if anyone cares I'll post some pix when I have it!

Ya I wanted to buy the Fuji, and I still might, I saw one today, I got the KHS so cheap I'm sure I could resell it, maybe for profit
